01 — Who We Are

A private Saudi contractor built for turnkey delivery

SunShine Trade & Contracting was founded in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah in 1423H (2002) as an integrated contracting operation pairing specialized manufacturing with in-house engineering. What began with structural steel fabrication for industrial and commercial clients has grown into a full turnkey contractor active across feasibility, design, procurement and construction.

Today the company operates as a limited-liability firm structured around specialist departments, delivering everything from private residences and mixed-use towers to hospitals, schools and government facilities across the Kingdom.

Al Jawharah Tower, Jeddah — Skeleton Works

Working as a subcontractor within an ICC / Drake & Scull joint venture, SunShine executed the full skeleton works for this coastal residential tower — three basement levels, a technical floor, and 42 residential and recreational floors — completing the scope within the one-year contract period.
